Jerry Black

Jerry Black is the founder of Legacy Planning Advisors, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Black is an expert in estate planning, in the family dynamics of estate planning, and in family wealth counseling. His financial advisory company is dedicated to helping people view their God-given assets as valuable resources entrusted to their care and wise stewardship.

In his senior year at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Mr. Black was chosen to work on the design team for the mechanical equipment rooms of the Richard B. Russell Federal Office Building in Atlanta. Subsequent to his time at Georgia Tech, he was employed by The Austin Company, one of the top five largest construction companies in the world. He began as a mechanical and structural estimator and concluded his career at Austin as a Project Manager. In 1990, Mr. Black began his Legacy Planning Group.

Mr. Black’s knowledge and expertise in financial planning has made him a valuable instructor and/or board member with various organizations, including Crown Ministries, Compass: Managing Finances God’s Way, Kingdom Investments, and his church, where he has served as Director of Estate Planning and is currently an elder.

Landscape and wildlife photography is Mr. Black’s avocation. He has traveled extensively throughout the world to capture thousands of beautiful photographs of God’s creation, for which he has won numerous awards.

He and his wife, Camille, reside in Suwanee, Georgia. They have two grown children, Andrew and Lesley.

Allan Bogardus

Mr. Bogardus is currently semi-retired as a Transportation/Logistics Consultant. He is the Founder and former CEO of Transportation Management Co-op, a third-party logistics provider. He has 39 years of experience in the Transportation industry in operations, sales, and management.

He was raised in a military family and lived in several locations around the world as well as in the USA. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (BBA).

Mr. Bogardus is an elder in his church and is involved with several ministries. He and his wife, Kathy, have been married for 40 years and have 2 children and 4 grandchildren.

Tommy Ferguson

Mr. Ferguson, CFA, is the President of Stewardship Capital, Inc. in Roswell, Georgia, and Chief Investment Officer of Daniel Advisors, LLC in Duluth, Georgia. His professional career of over 20 years has been in the investment advisory business with Bank of America and GenSpring Family Offices, LLC. Mr. Ferguson provides investment and financial counseling to individuals and families who seek to be faithful stewards of their resources. His primary role is to serve as portfolio manager for all clients. He also is responsible for security analysis on individual stocks and bonds as well as conducting due diligence on all pooled investment vehicles.

Mr. Ferguson moved to Atlanta as a teen from his hometown of Asheville, North Carolina. He earned an undergraduate business degree from the University of Georgia (BBA, Finance), an MBA from Georgia State University, and a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Mr. Ferguson is a deacon at his church and participates in youth ministry.

He and his wife, Laura, have two grown children and reside in Roswell, Georgia.

Peter Greyling

Mr. Greyling is currently a resident of the U.K. In 2008, in response to an invitation from Christian Heritage, an apologetics-based ministry located in Cambridge, he assumed the responsibility of Director of Development where his wife, Ilona, also served as Communications Coordinator. After moving to London to establish Christian Heritage London, he serves as a trustee and historical guide, showing and explaining the rich Christian heritage of London.

He was born in South Africa and attended Capricorn High School in Pietersburg (now Polokwane). After graduating from high school in 1968, he completed his compulsory one-year military service, graduating as a 2nd Lieutenant. He also served as Adjutant for his medical unit for a period of time in Namibia during the Angolan war, which was supported by Cuba and the USSR.

Mr. Greyling obtained his degree in Economics from the University of Natal in Durban, South Africa and pursued post-graduate studies at the University of Durban-Westville.

He and his family relocated to the United States in 1981 to continue his work in real estate with a Swiss-based, multi-national conglomerate. He also served for a number of years as the Senior Vice-President with Richard Bowers and Company, a major commercial real estate company based in Atlanta.

Mr. Greyling is an elder in his church and has been a Discussion Leader with Bible Study Fellowship. He served as a Board Member for AFMIN (Africa Ministries Network), a leadership development ministry working in sub-Saharan Africa and as an Associate Director for The Areopagus, an apologetics-based ministry in Atlanta. He also currently serves as a member of the Steering Committee for The Schuman Centre for European Studies which is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, promoting biblical perspectives on Europe’s past, present, and future. He has been on numerous mission trips to Europe, South America, and Russia.

Of interest is the fact that he and his wife were married in 1973 by the Rev. Dr. Michael Wenning, who later became President Ronald Reagan’s minister at the Bel Air Presbyterian Church in California, and who subsequently performed the funeral service for him after his death in 2004.

He and his wife, Ilona, have three grown children who reside in the United States and South Africa.
